We needed a ceiling medallion to cover some holes left by light fixtures. Their website is easy to use and the images are clear and well-shot so you can see what you’re getting. I called customer service to ask about mounting and the man who answered (on a Sunday) was very helpful and friendly. It arrived in about a week, was very safely packaged and came out undamaged. The medallion is beautiful, exactly what we’re looking for and seems very sturdy for something so light.

Two suggested improvements:
1. Even after my order was confirmed, I continued to get emails saying me order was not complete. Maybe I did something wrong, but I kept getting notifications that my shopping cart was not empty.
2. Very happy to discover the keyhole brackets already installed, but don’t remember seeing this would be the case when I ordered. I am not a woodworker. Almost went elsewhere because I wasn’t certain I could find and properly install the keyhole hardware.

Beautiful Corbels!

The corbels are beautiful! I’m modernizing our 90’s style fireplace surround. The new surround will have the “chunky” style of mantel that’s popular now & these corbels will be the perfect blend of the old style with the new style. The shipping & delivery time of the corbels was fast! I wish I needed more products from this company!
